<p>PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength and rigidity and to suppress temperature rise effectively by forming protrusions on the back of the core, integrally securing through a reinforcing board and forming a cooling path between the laminated iron boards. CONSTITUTION:Electric iron boards 13c, 13d having different height are laminated alternately, in block, at every predetermined section thus constituting a laminated core 13 where a plurality of protrusions 19 and cooling paths 18 are formed on the back of the core in the longitudinal direction of a linear motor 6, while furthermore the protrusions 19 and the frame 11 of the linear motor 6 are coupled firmly through a reinforcing board 17. Consequently, the protrusions 19 function as cooling fins for discharging heat produced from the core 13 to the outside, and thereby the core 13 is cooled forcibly by the air passing through the cooling path 18. Furthermore, since the protrusions 19 and the frame 11 are integrated through the reinforcing board 17, rigidity of the linear motor body 6 is improved.</p> |
