PURPOSE: To obtain a safe anticancer medicine containing the powder of Pursatilla koreana nakai and/or the powder of Clematidis Radix as active ingredients, and exhibiting an excellent anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: This anticancer medicine contains the powder of Pursatilla koreana nakai and/or the powder of Clematidis Radix as active ingredients. The medicine preferably further contains one or more kinds of galenicals selected from Panax schinseng Nees, Glycyrrhiza uralensis fischer et decandolle, Ulmaceae and Armeniacae Semen in addition to the above ingredients. The Pursatilla koreana nakai and/or the Clematidis Radix are used at a dry dose of 1-10 pts.wt., and the powders of the Panax schinseng Nees, Glycyrrhiza uralensis fischer et decandolle, Ulmaceae and Armeniacae Semen are used at doses of 1-5 pts.wt., respectively. The ingredients are mixed with conventional excipient, antioxidant, preservative, etc., and subsequently processed into the preparation. The galenicals are dried and subsequently pulverized, or subjected to exudation with a solvent such as chloroform at 0 deg.C to the boiling temperature of the solvent and subsequently subjected to the evaporation of the solvent, or the extract is dissolved in water, an alcohol, etc., and subsequently used. |
