The cardboard packing container (10), which is also used for displaying the product, has the form of a rectangular box. The vertical rear wall (12) on the container is provided with a double layer by folding the top edge against the inside of the container wall. Alongside the two vertical corners, near the top end, the outer back panel (12) is provided with two hinged hooks (24) which can be folded outwards so that the container can be suspended from a horizontal mounting rail, to be displayed. ADVANTAGE - Packing and display carton includes integral, folded hook elements for location of carton on mounting rail.
