<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate construction of a roof by connecting to a ground side roof panel a hoisting cable suspended from the ridge side of a roof, and connecting plural roof panels together and hoisting them in the direction of the ridge through the eaves by means of winding of the hoisting cable. CONSTITUTION:A winch 2 is installed in the attic 1 of a building A and a hoisting cable 3 is suspended from the eaves through the upper face of a roof truss 5 to the ground via a sheave 4 provided at the ridge, and a roller 7 for guiding roof panels 6 to be hoisted to the eaves is supported by a supporting member 8. The hoisting cable 3 has its end connected to one root panel 6 and is wound up and plural roof panels 6 are linked together in sequence by joint metal fittings 10 and are carried all at once from the eaves in the direction of the ridge and placed on the roof face. Thus the roof is readily constructed without using heavy machinery such as a crane.</p> |
