摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To execute the evaluation of the system with high efficiency and to contrive the design support by providing a machine simulation device for generating various events, a man-machine device used for monitoring an operation, an operator behavior simulation device and a data collecting device. CONSTITUTION:A machine simulation device 1 simulates a state that water supply to a nuclear reactor is lost, and the nuclear reactor is brought to scram due to a drop of a water level of the nuclear reactor. Also, a state that a High Pressure Core Spray System cannot be actuated is simulated in advance. A signal for showing such a state is applied to a man-machine system simulation device 2 from the device 1, and also, applied to a monitoring process simulating means of its cognitive behavior simulating means. Due to abnormality of Reactor Core Isolation Cooling and abnormality of the High pressure Core Spray System which is set already, a water level of the nuclear reactor drops, but in the monitoring process simulating means, in the beginning, this nuclear reactor water level drop is not detected. After a difference of indication values of a wide-band nuclear reactor water gauge and a narrow-band nuclear reactor water gauge enlarges gradually, for the first time, the monitoring process simulating means transmits a fact that there is a discrepancy between the indication values of the nuclear reactor water gauges to a diagnostic process simulating means.</p>
