PURPOSE:To reduce the magnetic loss of a bonded part of an annular stator core for a motor by radially dividing the core into a plurality of core segments, forming projections having recesses on the outer periphery of the surface of one core segment and recesses on the outer periphery of the surface of the other core segment, and engaging reversely to one another the projections with the recesses. CONSTITUTION:Projections 9, 9' which are projected radial outside of divided core segments 12, 12' divided, for example, in a plurality, e.g. two segments radially from an annular iron plate formed with recesses 10, 10' in the vicinity of the surfaces 8 of the core segments at one of both ends of the outer peripheral sides of the surfaces 8 of the cores 12, 12', are respectively formed on the core segments 12, 12', and raised parts 11, 11' are formed on the outer periphery on the outer peripheral edge of the other divided core segment 8 in the vicinity of the core segments 8. In this case, the distances between the centers and the divided surfaces of the recesses 10, 10' and the raised parts 11, 11' are equally formed, and the shapes of the recesses and the raised parts are formed similarly in such a manner that the raised parts 11, 11' are slightly smaller. The recess 10' are respectively engaged in opposite combination of the core segments 12, 12', and the two core segments are then bonded. |
