摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide the sufficiently higher superconductive transition temperature than liquid nitrogen temperature by arranging a low-melting compound containing Ba and Cu on a specific powdery sintered substance and then carrying out hot isostatic pressing treatment thereof in a mixed atmosphere of an inert gas and O2 gas. CONSTITUTION:A low-melting compound (e.g. Ba3CuO8) containing Ba and Cu is applied onto a powdery sintered substance containing R (R is one or metals selected from Y and lanthanide series rare earth element), Ca, Ba, Cu and O and hot isostatic pressing treatment thereof is carried out at 850-1100 deg.C under a pressure of >=400atm in a mixed atmosphere of an inert gas and O2 gas to produce an oxide superconductor containing an oxide expressed by the formula (x is 0.001-0.5) between the aforementioned powdery sintered substance and the low-melting compound. |
