PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of carbohydrate waste water treatment facilitates and to reduce the cost of maintenance and administration by separating the yeast appearing in carbohydrate waste water, culturing the yeast in a large volume, using the yeast as a seed bacteria and subjecting the waste water to a high-load operation treatment under specific volume load and yeast load. CONSTITUTION:The carbohydrate waste water such as waste water of bakeries is put into a raw water storage tank 1.
