PURPOSE:To form electrical elements to a plurality of sheet parts and to also achieve the connection between said electrical elements by adapting printing to a composite ceramic green sheet composed of a different kind of materials constituted by allowing a plurality of sheets composed of a different kind of sheet parts to be adjacent each other on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:A part main body 20 is composed of ceramic obtained by laminating composite ceramic green sheets composed of a different kind of materials constituted by printing conductive paste becoming internal electrodes 29, 31, 32 on the main surfaces extending from the first part 23 to the second part 24 in series and subsequently sintering the same through a binder removing process. The ceramic layers 25 contained in the part main body 20 are obtained by sintering the composite ceramic green sheets composed of a different kind of materials. The composite ceramic green sheets are equipped with the first and second sheet parts 26, 27 composed of the first and second sheet parts 26, 27 and these first and second sheet parts 26, 27 are mutually bonded in such a state that the respective main surfaces thereof are positioned on the same plane. The ceramic layers 25 are constituted of a dielectric body as a whole. |
