PURPOSE:To realize a completely cashless state by writing amount information into a cashless medium and executing a transaction by exchanging these amount information. CONSTITUTION:The arbitrarily designated amount information are written into a storing means 11 of a cashless medium 1 in a range not to exceed the upper limit of the amount information stored in a deposit bankbook file 31 of a center device 3. Based on the amount information received from a commercial transaction terminal equipment 4 and the amount information stored in the storing means 11, an arithmetic means 12 of the cashless medium 1 executes an arithmetic processing and when the amount information required for the commercial transaction are stored in the storing means 11, it is informed of the commercial transaction terminal equipment 4. According to this information, the commercial transaction terminal equipment 4 transmits the information to the cashless medium 1 and these amount information are stored by demanding destinations in a sum-up file 42. These information are transmitted to the center device 3 and in the center device 3, the necessary amount information are subtracted from an unsettled fund file 32. Then, the same amount is paid into the account of a prescribed commercial transaction handling source in a commercial transaction handling source file 33. Thus, the completely cashless state can be realized. |
