PURPOSE:To exactly and speedily process the work of transmission and account for ordered contents by installing an order input processing part, cookery information processing part and account processing part respectively in prescribed places and operating the work of a restaurant as a system. CONSTITUTION:An order input processing part 20 is installed in the place where a staff to take an order is on standby, a cookery information processing part 22 is installed in a cookery and an account processing part 23 is installed in the accounting place. When the floor staff of the restaurant takes the note of the ordered contents given from a customer into the order describing area of an order slip 10, the order slip is processed by the order input processing part 20. In the other input processing part 20, a read part 20a reads the ordered contents from the description of the order describing area and information such as the name and amount of the order are transmitted through a display part 22b of the cookery information processing part 22 to the cookery. The account processing part 23 is equipped with a display part 23e to display the total amount of the order to be demanded to the customer based on the description of the order describing area in the order slip and issues a receipt or a voucher based on the information in the order describing area of the order slip. Thus, the ordered contents can be speedily transmitted without fail and the account processing can be made speedy. |
