The coupling contact has a spring (2) on the corresp. component, coaxial to each terminal pin (1). The spring end, facing the latter, forms a pin receptor. The spring end, away from the pin, is conductively coupled to the corresp. component. Pref. the spring end, facing the pin, has a cylindrical coil, whose inner dia. is slightly less than the pin dia. Adjacent to the end coil, the spring may be conically wound. The spring may be located in a sheet metal housing (7), coupled mechanically and electrically to a support (5). The housing has a front side aperture (9) for the contact pin passage. USE/ADVANTAGE - For combined car instruments etc., with a facility for relative motion.
