<p>A method of producing seedlings by plant tissue culture, whereby a plant seedling can be multiplied conveniently and effectively with a good reproducibility. The method comprises culturing the root of a plant as an explant in a liquid medium containing at least an inorganic salt, a carbon source and an auxin to thereby induce a cell cluster, and culturing the cluster in a redifferentiation medium containing at least an inorganic salt and a carbon source.</p> |
