PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of an air pocket and thickness reduction due to a gas sump. by embedding a gas absorbing body composed of a hard air permeable porous body in the predetermined part of a mold surface where the opening part of an insert is positioned and closing the opening part by an air permeable body composed of a foamed body. CONSTITUTION:Gas absorbing bodies 22, 23 are embedded in the mold surface of an upper mold at a predetermined part where the opening part of an insert is positioned so as to protrude from said mold surface 16. The insert 24 and a skin 25 are arranged to the mold surface 16 of the upper mold 12 and the mold surface 18 of a lower mold 14. After opening parts 26, 28 are closed by the air permeable porous bodies 22, 23 of the mold surface 16 of the upper mold, the insert 24 is accurately arranged to the mold surface 16 by the fitting of the air permeable porous bodies 22, 23 of the mold surface 16 of the upper mold with the opening parts 26, 28. After the insert 24 and the skin 25 are arranged to the mold surface of a mold 10, a liquid foamable raw material composed of a polyurethane foam raw material or the like is injected on the skin 25 and the reaction of the liquid foamable raw material 32 is started in the mold cavity 20. Since the opening parts 26, 28 of the insert are closed hy the air permeable bodies, the foamable raw material filling the cavity is cured without leaking to the rear of the insert from said opening parts 26, 28. |
