<p>A kit for the immunoassay of a human tissue plasminogen activator/human plasminogen activator inhibitor complex in a human specimen, which comprises: (i) a monoclonal antibody (a first antibody) against a human plasminogen activator inhibitor bound to an insoluble solid carrier having a mirror-finished surface, (ii) a polyclonal antibody (a second antibody) against an enzyme-labelled human tissue plasminogen activator, (iii) a substrate for determining enzymatic activity and a reaction stopper, (iv) a diluent, and (v) a detergent containing a nonionic surfactant with a HLB value of at least 16; a method of immunoassay of the complex in a human specimen with the kit; and a method of immunoassay of an active human plasminogen activator inhibitor.</p> |
