A computer controlled reconstruction process for biomedical objects, e.g. computer tomography, is used to determine and produce implants. The implant is determined on the basis of a number of linked elements (1). The complete process is based upon five different steps. The primary data are provided by a computer tomographic image and a computer is used to post process the data into a form usable by a machine tool.
