Method for the fabrication of multilayer electronic thin-layer devices comprising superconductor layers based on single-phase metal or rare earth metal oxocuprate mixed crystal layers doped with alkaline earth metal, in which amorphous insulator layers consisting of material which is electrically insulating at least at the operating temperature of the devices and still fails to recrystallise at the temperatures used to deposit the superconducting layers are applied between individual superconducting layers and between regions, adjacent to the superconducting layers in the layered structure and composed of materials other than the superconducting ones.
