PURPOSE:To obtain a rigid polyurethane foam improved in heat insulation properties, etc., without using any fluorocarbon blowing agent by reacting a polyol component comprising six specified polyols with an isocyanate component in the presence of a blowing agent containing water. CONSTITUTION:A polyol component (A) is obtained by mixing 30-50wt.% polyether polyol(PEP), obtained by the addition reaction of ethylene oxide(EO) and propylene oxide(PO) to tolylenediamine, with 10-20wt.% PEP prepared by the addition reaction of PO to triethanolamine, 5-15wt.% PEP prepared by the addition reaction of PO to sucrose, 10-35wt.% PEP prepared by the addition reaction of PO to methylglucoside, 0-15wt.% polyester polyol prepared by the condensation reaction of phthalic anhydride with diethylene glycol and dipropylene glycol, and 0-25wt.% PEP prepared by the addition reaction of EO and PO to ethylenediamine. Component A is reacted with an isocyanate component (B) in a ratio of the NCO of component B to the OH of component A of 1.00-1.20 in the presence of a blowing agent containing water. |
