PURPOSE:To release the locking operation of a lock mechanism manually with a push rod even when the electric system such as an electric type driving source is out of order, by providing an electric type driving source to push a lock lever in the releasing direction of hooking with a hooking piece, and a push rod to push the lock lever in the releasing direction of the hooking with the hooking piece. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid 20 is operated to push a lock lever 18, and the hooking of the lock lever 18 and a hooking piece 16 is released. And when the electric system including the solenoid 20 and the like is out of order, the projection 29 of a push rod 21 is pushed manually, and the lock lever 18 is pushed to release the hooking with the hooking piece 16. Consequently, a container cover 10 can be opened manually. |
