<p>PURPOSE:To make a structure simple to a great extent as well as to widen freedom in installation by employing only one intermediate lever, and thereby interposing a pressure sensing sensor onto either one of two cables and the intermediate lever. CONSTITUTION:When a clutch in a shift mechanism does not come out of the condition that clutch is meshed with either one of a gear for forward speeds and a gear for reverse, an intermediate lever 22 is hardly rotated properly though the great actuating force of a shift actuating lever is transmitted to the intermediate lever 22 via a driving side cable 18, the connecting section of both cables 18 and 24 on the driving and driven sides with the intermediate lever 22 is subjected to a great load. This therefore permits a pressure sensing sensor 50 provided for either one of the intermediate lever 22 and the connecting section between both of the cables 18 and 24 to sense a great actuating load so as to be actuated for sending a control signal to an engine ignition system. In the second place, the engine ignition system, for example, misfires according to the aforesaid signal. This thereby instantly reduce driving torque so that the clutch comes smoothly out of the gear.</p> |
