<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an impregnating resin from flowing out when molding is performed and to enrich the amt. of loading of a resin in a laminate by curing in advance the surroundings of a laminated impregnated base material before the laminated impregnated base material is molded under heating and pressing. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-like base material such as a glass cloth, a glass mat, an asbestos fabric, an org. fiber, a non-woven fabric and a paper is used. As a thermosetting resin, a liq. thermosetting resin at room temp., e.g. an unsatd. polyester resin, a vinyl ester resin, a diallyl phthalate resin, an epoxy resin, etc., is pref. used. The surroundings of the laminated impregnated base material is cured by means of heating or light. E.g. when an unsatd. polyester resin or a vinyl ester resin is cured by heating, a curing catalyst, e.g. an org. peroxide is incorporated in advance in the resin or the resin compsn. Curing range of the surroundings of the impregnated base material depends on pressure and temp. of the molding under heating and pressing and a range of 2-100mm from the surroundings is pref. The base material impregnated with a thermosetting resin the surroundings of which is cured is molded under heating and pressing by means of a press to prepare a laminate.</p> |
