Electrical tool for the mixing of at least two substances. The mixer is driven by a spindle gear wheel which is provided with a hollow hub and with claws on its endface towards the mixer, which claws interact with recesses made in the mixer, allowing the mixer to be set in rotation. A shaft journal (66), provided with a longitudinal tooth gearing (67), is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the hollow hub (36) of the spindle gear wheel (33) and has arranged longitudinally displaceably on it a coupling element (68), which has a corresponding longitudinal tooth gearing (67') and contains spring-mounted coupling pins (69). The coupling pins correspond with the recesses (37) in the mixer (26) and the longitudinal displacement of the coupling element (68) is performed by means of a sliding member (73), which on the one hand acts on the coupling element and on the other hand can be operated by the cover (32) in such a way that, when the cover is swung up, it interrupts the frictional connection between mixer (26) and coupling element (68) and automatically re-establishes the said connection when the cover is closed. <IMAGE> |
