PURPOSE:To make the device compact and lightweight by providing an air cylinder on the axial line so as to make the carrier of a pinion in the conventional device unnecessary, and reducing the capacity of the air cylinder. CONSTITUTION:Sliders 90 and 91 to form the cylinder members of air cylinders to pivot an output gear 67 and to spline-slide to an output shaft 62, being rotatable and slidable to an input gear 68 and the output gear 67 are provided. And to the sliders 90 and 91, a same phase clutch 90a and a reverse phase clutch 91a connected to the same phase clutch 61b of the input gear 65 and the reverse phase clutch 67b of the output gear 67 are provided at the input shaft 61 and at the output shaft 62 side, and pressure chambers B and C linking to a same phase air feeding port 63Aa and a reverse phase air feeding port 63Ba are partitioned, and pistons 93 and 93 fastened in the axial direction at the input shaft 61 and at the output shaft 62 are to be housed. |
