PURPOSE:To protect a vibration free isolator from a fire securely by installing a fireproof inorganic covering layer on the inner peripheral surface of a vibra tion free isolator main frame made of a laminated molding of rubber elastic materials and metal plates mutually laminated between the upper plate and the lower plate. CONSTITUTION:As a vibration free isolator main frame 1 is extended at the time of earthquake, the inorganic covering material 6 is dawn out from the rest 9 by the extension of the vibration free isolator main frame 1. At this stage, since the friction coefficient of a spring 10 and the inorganic covering material 6 is smaller than the fastening force of the spring 10 for fastening the inorganic covering material 6, the spring 10 stands at the predetermined position of the lower plate 5. After the earthquake goes down, when the vibra tion free isolator main frame 1 is phrunkan to be restored, the rest 9 of the inorganic covering material 6 is reduced, but the vibration free isolator main frame 1 is floatable inside of the inorganic covering material 6, and the periph ery is covered securely. Even if the vibration to be an earthquake becomes rotation, since the inorganic covering material 6 has a convoluted part 8, the vibration free isolator is covered continuously. |
