PURPOSE:To manufacture a plastic film of uniform thickness and glossy on both surfaces by constituting either one of the rolls by means of a ring elastic material and a ring metal spraying section metal sprayed on the outer periphery of said section when a plastic film is formed by fixing by pressure a couple of rolls on both surfaces of a belt-shaped material in the molten state extruded from a die. CONSTITUTION:One roll 4, either one of rolls 3 and 4, is a mirror metal roll known to the public, while a ring elastic material section 10 made of rubber or the like is formed on the outer periphery of a metal core 9 made of iron or the like of the other roll 3, and further a ring metal spraying section 11 formed by metal spraying white metal is formed on its outer periphery. Said ring metal spraying section 11 is first formed by metal spraying, and the ring metal spraying section 11 which is mirror-surfaced by grinding is formed. As the other roll 3 is constituted of the ring elastic material section 10 and the ring metal spraying section 11, although it is a mirror surface, an outer peripheral surface in contact with a film 2a is elastic, and the bonded state of the respective rolls 3 and 4 is extremely good to form the film 2a of constant thickness all the time. |
