摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To positionally and timely control the polymerization rate, curing depth and the like of material to be irradiated and prevent its mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy and the like from lowering by method wherein irradiation is performed by changing the intensity of irradiating rays in multi-stages in response to the position of the material to be irradiated during transportation. CONSTITUTION:The material to be irradiated 14, which is introduced from the lead-in port 15 of material to be irradiated of the apparatus concerned, is irradiated with visible rays, the intensities of which are comparatively low, by means of a halogen lamp 10, the output of which is small. As the material to be irradiated 14 is moved by a conveyer 12 in the apparatus toward the carry-out port of material to be irradiated, the material to be irradiated is gradually irradiated with irradiating rays, the intensities of which are comparatively stronger, by means of a halogen lamp 11, the output of which is large. The material to be irradiated with the ample amount of irradiating rays by means of the halogen lamp 11, the output of which is large, is carried outside the apparatus from the carrying-out port 16 of material to be irradiated by the operation of a conveyer 12. The ratio of the minimum intensity to the maximum intensity of the irradiating rays is preferably 1:2 or more, especially preferably 1:10 or more, when the intensity of the irradiating rays is changed in multi-stages.</p>
