PURPOSE:To prevent secrecy from being leaked even when an auxiliary storage device is stolen by storing a user ID, password and personal information in the auxiliary storage device and collating data registered in an information processor or collating data inputted by a user. CONSTITUTION:A floppy disk 21 stores the data of the user ID, password and personal information in a storing medium 22. For example, when a file USER 3 of this floppy disk 21 is executed, the information processor collates the registered user ID, password and personal information with th user ID, password and personal information stored in the storing medium 22. When all the data are coincident, the file USER 3 can be executed. However, when only one of them is not coincident, a processing is executed to prohibit the display of a message on a screen, the display of a keyboard input to a display part and further, an access to the floppy disk 21. Thus, the data stored in the auxiliary storage device, to which the floppy disk, etc., can be attached and detached, is prevented from being leaked. |
