A therapeutic agent for treating a hematopoietic disease containing, as an active ingredient, a glycoprotein which is recovered from human urine and acts upon the human bone marrow cells to stimulate the dlfferentiation and proliferation of granulocytesmonocytes lineayes thereof, or an active peptide fragment thereof or a derivative of said fragment, said therapeutic agent being administered after transplantation of the bone marrow.
