Method and arrangement for suctioning up and transporting liquids of different types through a suction hose 45 and at the same time metering 4 an additive to the liquid in exact proportion to the quantity of suctioned liquid, and where a liquid or a liquid/air/gas mixture is suctioned with the aid of a suction nozzle 2, 45 which is at a given pressure P2 with moderate suction force and is passed through the suction hose 45, and a metering arrangement 4 consisting of a flexible metering container 20 which is enclosed in a rigid casing 21, and which is at a given relative lower pressure P3 (more powerful suction force) than the pressure in the suction hose 45, is connected directly to the suction hose 45, and the pressure gradient P2-P3 is set such that no additive 20 is added when only air/gas is being suctioned through the suction hose 45, whereas additive flows into the suction hose 45 as soon as a quantity of liquid is suctioned in through the suction hose, and the metered quantity of additive is proportional to the quantity of suctioned liquid. The suction hose 45 can be connected to a separating and defoaming filter 3 which in turn is connected to a de-aeration vessel 4 with means for de- aerating the suctioned liquid and recovering the liquid without admixture of gas/air. <IMAGE> |
