PURPOSE:To produce the card by a taking-up system without generating the problem of curling at the time of production by using an adhesive agent of a UV curing type. CONSTITUTION:This optical card is constituted by providing guide grooves and preinformation consisting of rugged patterns 2 on a backed substrate 6, further providing a recording layer 3 consisting of a laser recording material and a buffer layer 4 thereon and laminating a transparent substrate 1 thereto by the adhesive agent 5 of the UV curing type. The adhesive layer 5 is irradiated with UV from the transparent substrate 1 surface after the lamination and is thereby cured, by which the lamination is completed. The production of the optical card by the taking-up system which heretofore necessitates a large- scale device and is considered impossible in enabled in this way without generating the problem such as curling at the time of production. |
