PURPOSE:To reduce the disorders in bar arrangement and the number of workers by making flexible the discharge end of a concrete delivery pipe, mounting the delivery pipe to a turning boom, and widening a moving extent of concrete placement while floating it in the air. CONSTITUTION:A device is constituted of a main column 7 equipped with an elevator 6 on a truck, a boom 8 horizontal therewith and a delivery pipe 12, etc. The delivery pipe 12 is connected to the end 14 consisting of a flexible expansion 14a and end discharge section 14b. The end 14 is capable of turning by a spring body 15 such as a wire rope, etc., and a sheave 16 on the end of the main column 7. After that, pressure-delivery of concrete is made from a concrete pressure-delivery device to place concrete 3 from the discharge section 14b through the end 14. A placing position is moved by movement of the discharge section 14b and revolution of a boom 8. According to the constitution, the disorders in bar arrangement can be prevented without dragging the delivery pipe.
