PURPOSE:To rolling-mount semispherical objects to a pattern by using a soluble sheet, in which semispherical protrusions with a spherical surface in the upper are secured without overlapping, when the wax pattern is prepared. CONSTITUTION:Semispherical protrusions 2 with the spherical surface in the upper are secured one layer to one side of a soluble sheet 1. For instance, a water-soluble wafer is used for the soluble sheet 1 with dental wax used for the semispherical protrusion 2, and it is prepared by dripping solution wax on the wafer. The wax is secured to the wafer naturally with cooling the wax. The wafer is cut into predetermined shape and adhesively attached to a wax pattern by a rubber system adhesive agent then left for about five minutes, with the adhesive agent dried, thereafter immersed in water. The water is dissolved in water for about 1 minute with the semispherical protrusions roll- mounted to the pattern. |
