PURPOSE:To enable transportation keeping the inside vacuum of an apparatus, to shorten the installation time after the transportation with lens installation cost, and to improve the ability in heat insulation by inserting supporting rods into pedestals fixed to the lower ends of supply-exhaust tubes and fastening the supporting rods to the tops of the supply-exhaust tubes. CONSTITUTION:Helium container supporting rods 27a and nitrogen container supporting rods 27b are inserted to the lower ends of helium tubes 21 and nitrogen tubes 31 respectively and the ends of the rods are applied to pedestals 25. Threaded caps 26 are put on the tops of the helium container supporting rods 27a and nitrogen container supporting rods 27b and screwed in grooves 18 made in helium ports 22 and nitrogen ports 32. That is, helium containers 2 and sealed containers 8 are fastened with the inside of an apparatus kept vacuum.
