<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a wrist-use automatic electronic hemadynamometer excellent in manipulatability by providing a grip, so that it is easily gripped by hand, in a predetermined position before a cuff, worn on a wrist, with a blood pressure measuring device main unit built in the grip. CONSTITUTION:A hemadynamometer 1 comprises a cuff case 3 for housing a cuff 2 for pressing a wrist and grip 4 for housing an instrument main unit in which a pressure air pump for pressurizing the cuff 2 and an electronic circuit for measuring a blood pressure are built. After the specified mounting with a band cloth of the cuff case 3 wound on a wrist 8 after gripping the grip 4 with a hand placed on the cuff 2, when a start switch 6 of the grip 4 is pressed, the cuff 2 is pressurized through a rubber pipe 5 from the pressure air pump built in the grip 4, and the wrist is ischemia-pressed. When a pressure reaches the predetermined value, air is fed to me cuff 2 by a fine speed exhaust valve quickly in 2 to 3 seconds with the cuff 2 slowly pressure-reduced, and pulse wave information, obtained from a cuff internal pressure, is fed to the instrument main unit through the rubber pipe 5 of the cuff 2 and analyzed with a measured value of the main unit displayed in a display device 7 provided in a top part of the grip 4.</p> |
