摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease a feeling of difficulty in breathing with a delay of gas supply and an increase of expiration resistance, in an artificial respiration device, solved by interlocking- operating a gas flow meter capable of measuring respiration low rate of a patient, device capable of adjusting a flow rate and a control unit for controlling the device capable of adjusting the flow rate matched with a signal of the respiration flow rate of the patient. CONSTITUTION:A flow meter 1a capable of measureing a respiration flow rate is arranged in the mouth K in the vicinity of a lip M to connect a connection pipe (s) further with a pipe P1, serving as an inspiration circuit, connected, and a device 2 capable of adjusting a flow rate of gas as mixed gas of oxygen, air, etc., is connected to the pipe P1 with a gas supply device 3 of mixed gas or the like of oxygen, air, etc., connected through a connection pipe 6. While a pipe P2, serving as an expiration circuit, is connected to a device 4 capable of adjusting a circuit internal pressure, in a side braching from the connection pipe. The flow meter 1a, device 2 and the device 4 are connected to a control unit 5 which inputs a signal of the respiration flow rate of a patient measured by the gas flow meter 1a arranged in the mouth K of the patient, and by matching with this signal, the device 2 capable of adjusting the flow rate in the circuit and the device 4 capable of adjusting the pressure in the circuit are properly actuated.
