<p>PURPOSE: To comminute materials having high density and high contents of dry materials such as fibrous materials with a medium contg. a reaction gas, or the like, recirculating the medium leaving a plant after treatment by changing its temp. and recovering the heat of reaction while bleaching it in a short time. CONSTITUTION: Comminuted fibrous materials FS are obtained from a reaction plant 2 by introducing materials having high density and high contents of dry materials such as fibrous materials and a medium contg. a carrier gas and/or reaction gas into a comminution plant 1 such as a fuzzing machine from an orifice E to be treated, sending the comminuted fibrous materials to a reaction plant 2 by the medium, after proceeding a bleaching treatment, discharging the medium by a waste gas discharging means 3 to change a temp. in a heat exchanger 5, treating the medium by a gas treating plant 6, sending it to a place A after heat treating in a heat exchanger 7 and recirculating to a comminuting plant 1.</p> |
