<p>PURPOSE:To perform a through process of the crushing and compression molding of material to be processed by a method wherein the material to be processed is extruded in the predetermined shape ahead a compression casing by means of rotary knives, which are provided in a crushing casing, and screws, which are provided in the compression casing arranging ahead the crushing casing and arranged in tandem with the rotary knives transferring the material to be processed. CONSTITUTION:Material to be processed is charged in a charging hopper 2 under the condition that rotators 4 and screws 16 are driven with a motor so as to pivot their sides opposing to each other downwards. The material to be processed is bitten between a right and a left rotary knives 5 so as to be crushed and moved forward in a casing 3 into a compression casing 15. In the casing 15, the material to be processed is kneadingly moved forward with a right and a left screws 16 under the condition that waste thermoplastic plastic in the material to be processed is melted through natural heat generated by friction or external heating with heater or the like so as to be compressed and extruded from the extruding port 23 of a partition plate 22 in order to be run between tapered covers 20 and tapered screws 21 and finally discharged from nozzles 19 in the form of bars.</p> |
