PURPOSE:To allow connection even when a nonflexible circuit is used by providing a plate-shaped or bar-shaped pressing section made of metal, resin or ceramic at the tip of multiple spring bodies made of shape memory alloy which is shape-memory-processed into a preset shape. CONSTITUTION:A nonflexible printed circuit 41 is overlapped on a high-density fine-pattern electrode, e.g. a glass electrode 2 of liquid crystal 1, via a chemical connector, e.g. an anisotropic conducting film 3 to perform electric connection by thermal fusion. For this connection, a fastener 5 provided with a plate-shaped or bar-shaped pressing section 7 made of resin or the like is covered at the tip of multiple spring bodies 6 made of NiTi shape memory alloy which is shape-memory-processed into a semicircle, for example, they are heated to recover the memory shape, and the pressing section is pressed for connection. Slits 8 to be inserted with the fastener 5 are provided on the nonflexible printed circuit 41, and the fastener 5 pinches a connection section through slit sections 8. |
