CONSTITUTION:A rice bran oil containing 20-40% safflower oil is mixed with 130-70%, preferably equal amount of tallow (beef tallow, lard, sheep suet, etc.), and the mixed oil is used as an additive for sausage, minched meat, hamburger, etc., or an oil for frying pork cutlet, fry, etc. When the mixed oil is liquid at normal temperature, it is emulsified with lecithin, sugar ester, soybean protein, etc.
