The method and device are applicable to the industrial psychology, computer graphics and video systems. They feature enhanced response times and achieve direct contactless graphic cooperation. The method sets colour, saturation and brightness commands to the moving dot, as well as functional commands for the coordinates of the point of cooperation between the operator and the TV monitor, which are set by measuring the close-up angle of the central axis of vision of the operator against the field of reproduction of the image on the monitor. The moving dot of reproduction of the graphic picture is directed by the moving dot of the close-up vision in that field. The device consists of a television monitor having coordinate command inputs connected to outputs for linear coordinate sensors on the operator's head with respect to screen, sensors for the angular rotation coordinates of the operator' head, and sensors for the rotation of the eyes, with respect to the screen.
