发明名称 METHOD FOR EXAMINATION OF AGREGATE AND PHASE METAL TRANSFORMATIONS OF THE WELDING SEW
摘要 This method is to be used for the examination under conditions nearest to those of the actual welding process. The method ensures alloying of two and more metals at a specified ratio by which the participation of the basic and additional material is simulated in the formation of the metal seam under a fully simulated welding thermal cycle. The method's essence consists in heating a metal sample in a protective environment, melting, drop formation, which encompasses a thermocouple, and formation of hot thermal weld. The thermal weld is cooled and the aggregate and phase transformations are registered. A composite metal sample is formed by the method. Before being heated the sample is fixed to the thermocouple and its alloying occurs after melting.
