<p>PURPOSE:To shorten and actual filling time for approximating an apparent filling time by providing an input oil pressure port, output oil pressure port and signal oil pressure port for receiving signal oil pressure and providing a check valve for passing the signal oil pressure only in one direction in a spool. CONSTITUTION:Oil flowing out of a pressure controlling valve 3 flows into oil chambers 26, 27 through a signal oil pressure port 14 or an oil path 37 and check valve 15, and to an oil chamber 25 through an orifice 28 and to a clutch 1 through an output oil pressure port 17. Then, differential pressure is generated between the oil chambers 25, 26 by the orifice 28, so that a spool 12 is moved left against a spring 24. Then, when a flow detecting valve 4 fills the clutch 1, the spool 12 does not make contact with a detecting pin 29. When the clutch 1 begins to be filled with oil to reduce the differential pressure, the spool 12 is moved right by an oil pressure force due to a difference between pressure receiving areas. When the spool 12 makes contact with the pin 29, the filling is completed to close the valve 3 which begins to regulate pressure.</p> |
