<p>PURPOSE:To reproduce a superior voice waveform by identifying voice information and end information from packet information which are added for respective packets. CONSTITUTION:When an output from a hangover addition means 102 is inputted to a packet information addition means 103, end information showing the end of a sound section is added to respective packets considered to be the sound section in sound/silence section detection means 101 and voice information showing that it is the packet in the normal sound section to the packet of the normal sound section except for the section with a series of sequence number. When a reception packet is not arrived in a reception-side, it can be judged whether the cause is the abolishment of the packet or a silence by identifying packet information added to the packet. Thus, the deterioration of the voice reproduction waveform on the reception-side is reduced.</p> |
