PURPOSE:To suppress the size of an apparatus as small as possible by preparing granular ceramics by vibrating powder ceramics. CONSTITUTION:When a conveyer plate 10 is vibrated by an electromagnetic vibrator 20, powder ceramics S1 stored in a hopper 30 are successively supplied to the upper plane 10a of the plate 10 and twine each other owing to the vibration and become large gradually. The resulting granulated ceramics S2 are finely granulated by passing through a finely granulating means 50 and stored in a container 80. If necessary, processes for spraying an aqueous solution of a binder by a spray 40 and drying by a heater are carried out. As the result, by applying this method, the size of an apparatus can be made small with no need of a heat source and a large capacity. |
