The drug means is intended for use in the treatment of disorders associated with brain hypoxic and ischaemic states, such as acute and chronic brain circulation disorders, after-stroke and post-traumatic conditions, brain arteriosclerosis, etc. It exhibits enhanced anti-hypoxic, anti-ischaemic and cerebroprotective effects accompanied by lower acute toxicity and lack of adverse effects of extrapyramidal origin. The drug agent contains 1-cynamyl-4-(di-p-fluorobenzohydryl)-piperazine and 2-oxi-pyrolidine acetamide or pharmaceutically feasible salts thereof in quantities of 1 to 15 and from 100 to 800 milligrams.
