Device making it possible electronically to manage at least two sources of logic and analogue information which are made to communicate via the usual telephone lines. This device comprises, in combination: a) means (2) for interpreting orders originating from the specific software of a computer (7) and for automatically carrying out the operations of unhooking and dialling from a telephone handset, the line (5) from which is linked to a responder (6) and to the said means (2); b) means (3) for triggering the operation of the responder (6); c) means (4) for analogue/digital and digital/analogue conversion processing of the signals originating simultaneously from the telephone instrument called and from the computer (7). <IMAGE>
