The invention is a ring (product support) which diffuses the support against the external parasites in pigeons and other birds. The ring is made of hollow plastic perforated with microholes, in the form of a clip which allows rapid changing, and will be of several sizes and thicknesses depending on the diameter of the foot of the animal. It diffuses the product which kills or repels the parasites. This ring may be different depending on whether the product is liquid or solid. It thus avoids the use of aerosol sprays, etc. which destroy the ozone layer. <IMAGE>
