摘要 PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to use an accurate system constant at the time of deriving a control variable (area requirement) by converting a frequency deviation, a time difference and a control variable to be inputs to an AFC into fuzzy values and executing the fuzzy inference of the control variable of the AFC in the case of controlling a power system. CONSTITUTION:The automatic frequency control system (AFC) is provided with an AR (area requirement) inference part 800 and an AR composition non-fuzzy conversion part 900. A frequency deviation fuzzy conversion part 811 inputs a frequency deviation DELTAf to be the output of a frequency deviation deriving part 200, converts the input value into a fuzzy value, evaluates the fuzzy value by means of a membership function, and outputs the evaluated value. A time difference fuzzy conversion part 812 also executes similar operation. An input status adaptation evaluating part 820 finds out and outputs the adaptation Wt of the antecedent part of a fuzzy control rule for regulating fuzzy relation among the frequency deviation DELTAf, a time difference DELTAt and the control variable ARt. An AR composition non-fuzzy conversion part 900 finds out a composed fuzzy control variable ARi* by the OR operation of a fuzzy set and outputs the variable ARi*. An AR non-fuzzy conversion part 920 outputs a non-fuzzy value to an AR distribution processing part 700.
