<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a predetermined resonance frequency easily by roughly adjusting by combination of selected ones among a small number of turning bars and dielectric bodies of different sizes, and then finely adjusting by cutting the dielectric body. CONSTITUTION:After rough adjustment by combination of preliminarily prepared tuning bars 7 and dielectric bodies 8, the dielectric body 8 is cut for fine adjustment. By using the adjustment by combination for a rough adjustment process, the number of the tuning bars 7 and dielectric bodies 8 of different sizes to be preliminarily prepared can be reduced, and the number of combinations is also reduced, which decreases the manday, and because of fine adjustment by cutting the dielectric body 8, adjustment of a good precision is enabled.</p> |
