The invention relates to compositions having a cicatrising and regenerative effect on tissues. According to the invention, the compound in question contains as base component Aniba rosaeodora oil, which has the feature of being effective in the treatment of postoperative scars. To enhance the performance of this essential oil, Lavandula vera oil, which is known for its action against red blotches, its anti-inflammatory and antiallergic effects and its effects in soothing itching, is added. To permit a less local treatment of the skin, Lavandula vera oil is replaced by Lavandula hybrida oil, to which, for example, Cymbopogon martinii and Cedrus atlantica oils are added.
